INFORMATION ABOUT GROUP VISITS
Groups (from 15 people) can visit the Museum only by appointment (at least 3 working days in advance). Groups under 15 may join individual tours or a VIP tour upon request
Groups may request an interactive program, team-building program, or history lesson (students only) for an additional fee. Standard 60-minute programs are available in languages other than English (also at additional cost, depending on capacity: German, Italian, Spanish).
HOW TO REGISTER
We accept group bookings via the website (booking form below) or by email (info@hospitalintherock.com) at least 3 working days before the planned visit. We are happy to answer general questions over the phone on weekdays between 10am and 5pm, but due to low capacity you will not be able to register your group this way. Registration requests are processed in the order they are received.
Confirmation of registration: No form of registration (email or website) is valid until confirmed by email from the Museum. Completing the form and receiving an automatic acknowledgement of receipt does not constitute a confirmed registration.
Incoming applications will be checked and confirmed within 2 working days.. If the requested date is already booked, we will offer you another available date.
